• How long does it take to get server online?

  Your server will be ready to go within 24 hours, we do our best and say from 2 to 24 hours.

• How quickly do you respond to tickets?

  We have 24x7 support team, the average response time is 10 minutes.

• What bandwidth provider are you using?

  We are using Cogent Communications, Comcast and Tinet.

• You resell servers from your datacenter?

  No and never. We own all our equipment, including network equipment.

• Which control panels are available?

  We offer DirectAdmin and ISPManager free of charge.

• Do you provide bandwidth reports?

  Yes, each client has full access to graphs and information about bandwidth usage.

• Do you accept international orders?

  Of course!

• Can I get a refund?

  Unfortunately, no. You can cancel server to avoid the future charges.

• Is there a minimum contract?

  No, you are pay by the month without any contacts.

• Do you charge late fees?

  Yes, we do. But anyone can avoid fees by prior arrangement.
